FAQ

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We print all orders as they come in and try our very best to get them out within 1-4 business days. You can always email us ahead of time for any last minute inquires to make sure you receive your item by a needed date. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking info. 

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I GET?
We know how hard it can be to shop online and get your perfect fit. We've made a detailed sizing chart in the FAQ section so be sure to check it out. All our tees, sweatshirts and hoodies are unisex so we suggest sizing down accordingly. All of our tanks are a women's fit and we suggest sticking to your typical size. Please feel free to email us with and sizing questions.

I JUST RECEIVED MY ORDER AND I'M NOT LOVING THE FIT
We want your tee to fit you perfectly and are always happy to exchange for a correct size. We know online shopping is not easy and getting your correct fit can sometimes be a challenge, therefore we allow up to 14 days from the date you've received your order to notify us of any issues. The customer picks up the shipping costs to get it back to us and we pay for the shipping to get the new item back to you. Please give us a heads up via email before the item is sent out.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?
We love custom orders! We do everything from the designing/preparation to get your design exactly how you want it before we begin the screen printing process. We charge a flat $5 for a custom print, however that fee is waived on orders containing 5+ tees. Please message us at closeknitco@gmail.com with any custom order inquires.
